”We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Krone Heritage. A special thank you to Yasmin and Adeeb for their amazing service and hospitality. We stayed for one night to be closer to Sarajevo Airport for our early morning flight. The room was spacious, and the free on site parking was a great plus. Although the AC wasn’t working, we were able to open the windows for a comfortable stay. Since we had to leave before breakfast was served, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us, which we truly...

”Everything was 5star and how it should be expect when I ordered airport shuttle. The receptionist never booked that. That's why I gave only 3 star of the service.”

”Wife and I stayed two nights at Hotel Family in mid-October, and had an exceptional experience. The street address is Dejzina Bikica, Sarajevo, but the entrance is actually down a side street at the opposite end of the building, away from Dejzina Bikica. There are several parking spaces facing nose-in along that street frontage. While searching for the entrance we were greeted at the upper end of the facility by Esmir. He cordially welcomed us and guided us to the Registration Counter. ...

”Exceptional customer service. Great value.”

”Bazı eksikler olsa da güzeldi ”

”Very comfortable and spotless room! Politeness of staff is incredible! Highly recommend!”

”Oda yeterince temiz değil di 3 kişi olmamıza ve her gün hatırlatma yapmamıza rağmen 2 havlu bıraktılar internet yoktu kahvaltı kötüydü tavsiye etmiyorum masalar her zaman pisdi temizlik yoktu”

”⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we faced serious issues. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the staff repeatedly told us that they could not find our booking. The check-in process took a very long time, and the reservation was only eventually found after a long wait, making the beginning of our stay extremely stressful and frustrating. The customer service throughout our stay was very poor. Staff were often unhelpful and did...

”The room was dirty and stuffy, with no fresh air at all. There were hairs from the previous guest still on the bed sheets, which clearly hadn't been changed. After a 16-hour journey, all I wanted was a hot shower and some sleep, but there wasn't even any hot water. This is truly a place you should not stay at.”

”Fabulous modern large villas with 5 large bedrooms all bedrooms with private on suites (bathrooms), large lounge room, well equipped kitchen and superb 5 star hotel linen, and to top it all off exceptional clean and well maintained - with only a 15 minute drive into the heart of Sarajevo centre, yet surrounded by mountains and greenery, a total relaxation concept.”

”the employees were very rude”
