”We cannot recommend this hotel enough! It is an absolutely fabulous, small and cosy hotel within the old town of Sarajevo with great access everywhere. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was great and kept us going all day. The real highlight for us was the wonderful, friendly staff at the hotel who took such a great care of us. Definitely the best hotel we have stayed in anywhere!”

”Kaikki meni sinänsä hyvin, mutta kukaan muu henkilökunnasta kuin siivoojat eivät tervehtineet hotellin asukkaita, vaan käänsivät katseen pois. Aamiainen oli loistava ja monipuolinen. Huone oli siisti, mutta sänky aivan poikkeuksellisen matala. Pysäköinti oli OK, mutta hotelli laskutti myös niistä öistä, jolloin aito ei ollut ollenkaan pysäköintihallissa. Hotellin sijainti ei juuri parempi voisi olla.”

She guides you about the city and you can approach her with any questions and she gets back to you right away. One of the best host I have experienced. Will definitely recommend to stay here. "Arriving to this hotel,the area around it didn't seem nice. After walking around it, it was better heading toward the old town. Hotel is situated a few minute walk from the old town. Even before that you will come across cafe worth stopping by. The big new shopping mall is easily reached by a tram going from the other side of the river just a couple of minutes walk from hotel. Beside that, all ordinary tourist needs in Sarajevo are within a walking distance. Hotel itself is brand new and everything inside are new and clean. Hotel staff are helpful and speak very fluent English.Only thing as minus is the size of the breakfast room, it's small for the amount of guests. I saw people going to the hotel lounge every morning with their breakfast. The breakfast itself wasn't the best i have encountered, but it was well decent. The room i stayed in was easily one of the best i have been although there wasn't any view to even mention. For those with children, there was a small children's play park literally right next to it.
