On the upper ground floor, you will find the first bedroom, which is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and opens directly onto a balcony. A second double bedroom is also located on this floor and similarly benefits from access to a balcony. The dining room, complete with a dining table, is situated on this level as well. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dining table, and opens out to the garden. A bathroom with a bath and WC completes the upper ground floor.

The lower ground floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and features a spacious living room with an open-hearth fireplace, which is present for decorative purposes only. This level opens onto both the garden and a veranda, and includes a shower and WC.
