”Joan is very friendly and helpful. She seeks to accommodate guests in whatever way she can. My room was quiet and had a private bathroom and shower. I was able to arrive quite late my first night, around 2am, and was left clear instructions on how to get in. Everything was clean and charming. Thanks Joan!”

”Everything was wonderful. Exactly as described. All the little things were perfect, breakfast, housekeeping, snacks, the view, parking, etc..
Location is walking distance from the beach and restaurants, but far enough for quiet privacy.
Thank you Cheryl (hope I'm spelling that right), you have a lovely property. Would love to return.”

”Clean room, breakfast was made to order and don’t miss out on the New England coffee Witch’s Mix blend! With available parking at the hotel we walked to the museums, restaurants and other attractions as Salem is very walkable. Great long weekend destination.”

”While the property per se is clean, the bed's are springy and not nice. The rooms are too small. There is a strong smoke smell in the apartment. The neighborhood of the property is not a desirable one. While they said it can accomodate 3 in a room with extra bed, there is literally no space around the bed to even walk let alone someone sleep. I ended up not staying and did not even get a sorry or any refund from the property owner. ”
