”This is a convenient small apartment. However, it should be made clear that it is under the flight path to Logan airport. There were planes flying over till around 23:30, and they started again around 05:30. They were pretty loud.”

No kettle, no pan to boil water, only old cracky frying pans. Anyway it was impossible to eat anything in this apartment...

Considering the quick response and resolution, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of his properties again!
