âThe hotel staff informed me at check in that we had been "upgraded".... They moved me to a "Trailer Room" which was a trailer home in the parking lot. Not what I booked. The Trailer smelled bad and there were rats in the parking lot, so the staff moved me to another trailer which also smelled. Maintenance was supposed to fix the smell while we were out.
