”This hotel is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us voucher to get a drink or buy food through them. They also give another vouchers to go to the museum. Don’t look twice, and book this place.. ”

”Yotel is a different concept of hotel. The location is great, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean, the restaurant and lobby area are awesome. I did not like the lack of space in the room, I need more room to move around, and the lack of privacy of the bathroom. Also water leake to the floor when showering. ”

”Rooms are standard and clean. However, the staff is ill equipped to make the experience with the hotel feel comfortable. Example: I asked for extra bottled water and was told no. My room was half cleaned. New towels were brought in but the bed was left unmade which was very odd. Layout of the hotel was the most confusing place I've ever stayed. I walked in circles everytime I tried to find my room or leave the hotel. More clear signage to exits would be very helpful.”
