”For our 1st trip to Lincoln the Duke William Hotel was perfect for location - we struggled with parking but in the end we got one, probably due to it being lunchtime on Fathers Day & a live concert in town. We had early check-in & only had to wait for 10/15 minutes whereby we were provided with a coffee. Room was great, very clean & comfortable, perfect for a night, fab bathroom space. We had a drink in the bar & my partner said that the homemade Martini Espresso was very nice & shes very fussy...

”Spent one night at the hotel. It is situated in a beautiful coastal town. The room was small, but clean and had a nice bathroom. We had an own entrance! The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an excellent three course meal at the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, especially loved the fresh fruits! Nice that the hotel was so dogfriendly. Would love to stay at this hotel again :)”

”Lovely welcome, nothing too much trouble. Great variety at breakfast. Comfortable bed, had great nights sleep. Walking distance to all amenities, bus stop at end of road, limited parking at property (2 spaces) but this isnt a problem as car park short walk away and very reasonable prices, there are also parking spaces on road but the car park is more convenient. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. ”

”After a last minute trip for my daughters birthday and a quick phone call with John, we booked three rooms. Upon arrival John met us and showed us the rooms and gave us some information about the local area. Rooms were spot on, amazing location and a quality price. As a commuter, I do not often leave feedback as I stop out quite a lot, however the family rooms are amazing and I will be back again with my family!”

”Property bore no resemblance to the picture on the website. Outside area full of weeds. Paint peeling off building and stairs. Window blinds filthy and mouldy. Washbasin tiny. No soap or toiletries. No bedside table or bedside light. No chair. No hangers in cupboard which had a door hanging off its hinges. Kettle useless and wouldn’t boil. No breakfast offered. Door only closed by a Yale lock so insecure ”

”Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop.
