”The cottage had everything we needed. It was clean and well kept. it is down a little lane and easy to miss but the instructions got us there. St Just is small but nice. % pubs in the town so cant go wrong. lovely Beaches all around.”

”No sink to wash your hands in the shared toilet. Shower tray was dirty. The breakfast wasn’t cooked properly leaving un edible. The manager to great delight in showing off her parrot as she had taught it to say, profanities.”

”We stayed for one night and had a very relaxing time. Great location on the Marazion seafront with a direct view out to St Michael's Mount. Good size well maintained rooms. Excellent dinner and breakfast served in the light airy sea view restaurant.”

”Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟”

”The breakfast was good, but let down by being a little cold. The room and hotel were very nice and well kept, but the restaurant area was incredibly cold, the windows in the conservatory area leaked air around the edges and the air con wasn’t running any heating when we were in there eating so hurried through and returned to room. ”

”Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!”

”Albergo molto poco curato, moquette sporca e maleodorante. Inizialmente mi avevano dato una camera all’ultimo piano con carta da parati staccata che scendeva sopra il letto. E muffa sul soffitto nella camera e anche in varie parti dell’edificio. Ho chiesto un cambio e mi hanno dato una camera con bow window con vista. Buona la colazione. E hotel centrale, ma non sulla spiaggia come sembrerebbe nella brochure.”

”Tiny room, death trap staircase. Kitchen closed on Sunday evening, probably just as well; full English breakfast was pitiful.”

”Very clean rooms and friendly hosts. It was quite cool in the evenings with heating only on in the mornings and there was no communal lounge area to sit in so we felt we were confined to our bedroom. ”

”A very nice hotel in a great location! When we got there, we found that we had been booked into a very small room, but upon talking to the receptionist, she booked us in a much nicer room for a very modest up charge. Breakfast was very good and included both hot and cold options for the same price.”
