”Location by the green Collins Park but still at a walking and trolley distance to where it all happens was perfect. Also the beach is just a couple of minutes away. Everything was clean and nice except the pool area and front terrace, which has seen better days. Those were cozy and cute, but need a facelift fast. The sushi restaurant and bar is excellent. Nice that the bikes are complimentary for the first hour, but the rate after that is just crazy: 50$/hour. Very helpful staff. ”

It’s clean and really nicely decorated. Amazing gym to workout. The breakfast buffet is super tasty and the rooftop pool is the place to enjoy you day and have excellent sushi lunch.
I can’t wait to go back!

”Excellent hotel in the heart of South Beach. The rooms are very nice, the bed is comfortable and the design of the room & furniture is beautiful. The rooms are also very quiet, which is an added bonus. They have indeed restored the former Clay Hotel beautifully. The pool area on the roof is nice for morning or afternoon chilling.”

”Casa Sobe is in a great location on Collins Ave. It’s easy to find, close to the beach and great dining options. The hotel is small but rooms are spacious, spotless and comfortable. The use of a key code for entry is seamless in checking in and out of the hotel.
It is quiet even though it is located on a busy street.
The beds are adequately comfortable but nothing plush but most definitely clean. The bathrooms are large enough and well appointed. We had a problem with regulating the air...
