”I had a great stay overall. I slept very well, the location was fabulous, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The only small issues were that the blackout curtains wouldn’t fully close and the ice machine was not working properly the night i stayed ( owner did let me know if i needed anything i can go to restaurant below, unfortunately my even wasnt over until midnight and restaurant was closed :( ) . Aside from that, everything else about the stay was wonderful. Money well...

”Location by the green Collins Park but still at a walking and trolley distance to where it all happens was perfect. Also the beach is just a couple of minutes away. Everything was clean and nice except the pool area and front terrace, which has seen better days. Those were cozy and cute, but need a facelift fast. The sushi restaurant and bar is excellent. Nice that the bikes are complimentary for the first hour, but the rate after that is just crazy: 50$/hour. Very helpful staff. ”

”They told me they could not host me due to A/C problems in the hotel at check in (after a long travel) and sent me to another hotel from the same group (The Leslie), which turned out to be better (better location and recently refurbished). I would have appreciated earlier notice though. ”

”I love this hotel. It’s clean and really nicely decorated. Amazing gym to workout. The breakfast buffet is super tasty and the rooftop pool is the place to enjoy you day and have excellent sushi lunch. I can’t wait to go back! ”

”The building was quite noisy despite having paid for a “quiet” room. The room is very bare bones and basically only a bed. While the hotel is overall aesthetically pretty and it was quite clean, we were left very underwhelmed. The music at the pool was quite loud and not enjoyable. We tried to ask for help on a few matters and the front desk team was not particularly helpful.”

”This hotel was nicely situated. I had an issue with my room that they eventually resolved at the very end but it made staying here a bit less than ideal. Ive stayed at lesser priced hotels in Miami and gotten more attentive service. Were they nice yes, were they quick no. The pool was very nice. The elevators are slow. ”
