"The room wasn't clean, towels were missing, someone's used dusty bra was found in the room, food was spilled on the floor. I asked the room service to clean the room, but the food stains on the floor were not cleaned during the whole stay"

"Location by the green Collins Park but still at a walking and trolley distance to where it all happens was perfect. Also the beach is just a couple of minutes away. Everything was clean and nice except the pool area and front terrace, which has seen better days. Those were cozy and cute, but need a facelift fast. The sushi restaurant and bar is excellent. Nice that the bikes are complimentary for the first hour, but the rate after that is just crazy: 50$/hour. Very helpful staff. "

"Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Majoittumista häiritsi se, että hotellin molemmilla puolilla oli rakennustyömaa ja rakentamisen ääniä yritettiin peittää kovalla sähköisellä tekno musiikilla. Aluksi meille tarjottiin huonetta rakennustyömaan naapurista. Hylkäsimme sen ja saimme toisesta yöstä alkaen paremman rakennusmelulta suojatun huoneen. Parveketta huoneessa ei ollut. Hotellissa oli parvekkeellisia huoneita, mutta niistä emme tienneet. Niitä ei ollut paljoa vaan niitä oli ainoastaan kerroksissa 3-6 ja käsittääkseni kolme parvekkeellista huonetta kerroksessa. Hotelli oli vanhahko, mutta omalla tavallaan viihtyisä hyvällä sijainnilla. Viihdyimme, koska hotellin henkilökunta oli avulias ja palvelualtis."
