Kaunis tilava koti Boulderin sydämessä lähellä keskustaa ja kampusta

Täysin uusittu koti upea terassi ja vuoristomaisemat. Lähellä paljon vaellusreittejä ja kävelyetäisyys Boulderin keskustaan ja CU-kampukseen. Myös lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Hillistä, kampuksesta, puistoista, Boulder Creekistä, ostosmahdollisuuksista, ruoasta ja baareista. Ihanteellinen sijainti kaikille vanhemmille, jotka vierailevat lapsensa CU: ssa, liikemiehille, jotka etsivät puhdasta ja mukavaa työympäristöä, tai muutamalle perheelle, jotka tulevat lomalle Boulderiin.

5 stars, only because 6 isn't an option. :) This house was vacation perfection for our family. Bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, amenities are high quality and the kitchen is very well appointed with everything you might need. We enjoyed coffee in the front yard each morning and a cocktail in the super cute backyard in the evenings. Easy 10-15 min walk to Pearl Street and all of the coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. On street parking was never an issue. This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so college noise was just not a thing. Can't wait to go back in the fall so we can try the Pink Lady apples growing in the back yard! :D

Perfect Trip

My group and I loved this place. Everything was perfect. Very clean and beautiful with a terrific location close to everything. The hot tub was a favorite as well as the backyard. Highly recommend this house.

Excellent accommodations & convenient location

Luxury accommodations for large groups. All modern appliances, comfortable beds, can seat everyone at large table. Younger members of our group enjoyed the hot tub. Even a 1st floor bedroom & full bath with walk in shower for handicap senior citizen. There was nothing lacking - met our every need.

Everything about the house is perfect. Good location, nicely furnished and a well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. Will definitely stay here again. Only detraction from our stay was lack of internet. Hoping they’ll have that worked out next time.

Best Thanksgiving Ever!!

Our Family had the best time in your perfect family home. We enjoyed cooking in your gourmet kitchen, eating all together on your beautiful farm table and watching movies together on your big comfy couch. You even provided a snow day for us!! the kids and dads loved the jacuzzi! We really appreciated your attention to detail and all the extra touches you provided. Awesome beautiful home

Everything was just perfect in this home for our family while we were in Boulder for our son’s wedding. Spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked and in a great location! Perfect weekend in Boulder

We were in town for a wedding and this property was perfect for our group. Beautiful back yard and very spacious. Host was great and communicative. Had all the supplies you could need from shampoo to laundry detergent. Great location with walking to Pearl Street, etc.. Will be staying here on our next visit to Boulder

Our family came together for wedding and arrived early to experience Boulder. Property was clean, comfortable and beautiful. It is in a convenient, walkable location. Host was welcoming and responsive. He was able to accommodate a late checkout. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home

This home was perfect! We had 2 families of 4 and there was plenty of space. It’s fully stocked with anything you may need and it feels like you’re in your own home. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Boulder!

Fantastic home & location in beautiful Boulder

We rented this home for our daughter’s wedding at Wedgewood Boulder Creek. It was perfect. The location and set up of the home could not have been better. The bridesmaids got ready at the house. The dining room provided the perfect spot for this to take place. Would most definitely stay here again. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

The place was unusually decorated in a very tasteful way. Getting in was easy and checking out too. The place was well stocked with pillows linen and towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. The hot tub was a real plus and worked great. The Owner was very nice and helpful.
