Ylellinen koti erinomaisella paikalla keskustassa: näkymät kalliovuorille

Meillä on kaunis koti, jota voit vuokrata vain muutaman minuutin päässä CU: sta ja keskustasta. Se on yksityinen ja hiljainen, ja sieltä on uskomattomat näkymät etulinjalle & Boulderille. Se on hyvin avoin pohjaratkaisu, 2 makuuhuonetta, parvi ja jopa kaunis Balin sänky kannella!

Siellä on kokoelma taidetta ympäri maailmaa, mukaan lukien maalaukset Brasiliasta ja Kuubasta, matot ja armoire Marokosta. Keittiö on valtava ja kalliita, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, travertiinilattia, kirsikkakaapit ja täysin varusteltu. Kauniisti sisustettu, tyylikkääin kosketuksin, kuten graniittilaskurit; pähkinä koriste; valtava punapuu kannella ja kylpytynnyri.

Mikä parasta, on näkymä. Valtavat kuvaikkunat ja valtava kansi aukeavat näkymälle etäisyydelle Boulderista Lyoniin. Takana on kuuluisa Boulderin Flatirons. Kannessa on poreallas, grilli, aprikoosipuu ja Balin ainutlaatuinen käsin veistetty king-size-vuode. Boulderissa ei ole parempaa näkymää tai sijaintia. Autoja tai ihmisiä, jotka kävelevät, ei ole. Vuodevaatteet ovat ensiluokkaista - parhaat patjat, hanhen untuvapeitteet ja hyvät puuvillalakanat. Lakanat voivat olla ryppyisiä, koska linjaamme kuivana, mutta ne ovat ympäristöystävällisiä! Lämmitys on pohjaosan kuuma vesi puhtaan, terveellisen ja hiljaisen lämmön saamiseksi. Kesällä meillä on höyrystyvä jäähdytys, joka on tehokasta ja terveellistä.

Asun yleensä täällä, mutta olen usein poissa kaupungista tai maasta. Minulla on muun muassa ympäristötalo Afrikassa, joten olen usein poissa. Talo on täysin lisensoitu kaupungin Boulder (RHL-0006481) ja on vyöhykkeellä enintään 3 etuyhteydettömiä ihmisiä, joten se on täydellinen minkä tahansa kokoiselle perheelle tai muutamalle pariskunnalle. Asun erikseen alakerrassa, kun olen kaupungissa; alakerrassa on 4 makuuhuonetta, jotka voidaan varata tämän ilmoituksen lisäksi (100 dollaria / makuuhuone kylpyhuoneella). Alakerrassa on erillinen yksityinen sisäänkäynti, ja yläkerros on täysin yksityinen.

gorgeous views in funky place!

Loved the place, especially the unique artwork and furniture pieces. Great big room with amazing views! Also beautiful and large kitchen. The one downside is just one small bathroom. Luckily, we only had 3 adults for one night. Would stay here again in the summer to enjoy the outside deck...but it was way too cold this time around! :)

Double booked? Upon arrival, people were already occupying property

My family booked this property months in advance- we were flying in town to attend a wedding and needed a large place to stay. But when we arrived at our check-in time, there were other people at the house. The people said they booked the house for the same days as us. Property owner was not answering the phone and was out of the country- so our family was stuck on the side of the road, car packed with bags just trying to get anyone on the phone. Eventually VRBO call center was able to get us hotel rooms for the night, but we were on our own to find a place for the remaining 3 nights! The property manager Hillary eventually contacted us and tried to help our family find another property- but we ended up finding one on our own since we needed to make arrangements quickly. Luckily another family member covered the cost of the other rental (we were already down thousands of dollars for this original property!) Hillary felt bad, she was helpful and tried her best.. it sounds like the owner double booked the property? I am still waiting for a refund of over $3,000.. I appreciate everything Hillary did, but it was a very stressful situation, lots of angry family, and lots of phone calls. I am unsure how VRBO even allowed this to happen- we even contacted the owner the day before check-in, so this wasn’t a communication failure on our end. Overall, I would be very cautious booking this property.

I've stayed here twice, and will be back again. Great location, easy walk to Pearl St. Chautauqua Park and Settlers Park. Good access to trails. Comfortable home, with great views of the foothills. Greg is a terrific host.

We stayed here for two weeks and the accommodations were very comfortable. We stayed here for two weeks and the accommodations were very comfortable. There is only 1 small bathroom so that took a little coordinating. Also the third bedroom it is a loft that is accessed via a ladder which we were not aware of so it made it very difficult for our small kids so we ended up eliminating the usage of that third bedroom unfortunately. Otherwise the kitchen was fully stocked and everything was a very neatly organized which I appreciate. Also the hot tub and outdoor space was used often! We just loved this property so much.

Beautiful View and Spacious Living Area

Tucked at the end of a quiet street is a spacious triplex. We rented the top floor and one bedroom downstairs with its own bathroom. There is only one bathroom upstairs for three bedrooms, so factor that in. The common spaces, living, dining and kitchen are large with great light from the huge windows overlooking a great view. Greg, our host was attentive and checked in several times to make sure all was well.

Unparalleled Views

This was the perfect place for my family to gather and relax. The views are spectacular, and the bed on the deck was therapy for the soul. As long as guests are okay with sharing a small bathroom, this is an ideal getaway. It is located close to everything, but we were often reluctant to leave. Greg was very responsive to any questions we had.

The Most Beautiful Spot in Boulder

This beautifully equipped Boulder home with panoramic views of the Colorado mountain range cannot be beat. The house is cozy, classy, and peaceful, a retreat in itself, with a massive deck, exotic outside bed, and Jacuzzi, enjoying Boulder under the star filled night sky or gorgeous, breezy, sunny days. The large kitchen space can hold any number of cooks and is perfect for family or friend-filled dinners. We are grateful that we could call this house our home during our enriching Boulder/Naropa U experience this March. Thank you for such a rare, beautiful, and memorable Boulder stay.

A great HomeAway overlooking Boulder scenery

The home was as advertised, providing great views, large living space and kitchen. The address was very conveniently located near the university, which was our main attraction for the weekend. As a caution to larger groups, since it is a older home (per owner) the water heater & pressure were noticeably low, which made our early starts with a large group a bit challenging. Also people living down stairs were vocal about floor noise, so we had to tip toe around. Aside from that highly recommended.

Gorgeous view of the Boulder Valley and the Foothills

My husband, dogs, and I had a lovely time at this VRBO property in Boulder. The views were absolutely stunning from the living room, and the deck off the back of the rental was terrific - very spacious, and even though we didn't sleep outside, the added touch of the Indonesian-esque queen-sized bed surrounded by mosquito netting was a beautiful touch. Greg was a very responsive and helpful VRBO landlord/owner, and we were fortunate to have him available to us.

Incredible home

We visited Boulder to move my daughter into the University of Colorado. Greg's property is conveniently located and he provides bicycles for your use which we rode to campus. The property is private, secluded and quiet. The home itself is spacious and beautiful and has open floor plan with an incredible view from the family/dining room and outside deck. We hope to visit again next year.

Thank you, Greg, for making our stay memorable, even though the deck where the hot tub is located had some serious water leak issues. We were still allowed to use the space and the hot tub, which turned out to be a highlight of our stay. And the bottle of bubbly left on the dinning room table when we arrived was a welcome surprise, especially since we were celebrating a birthday as well! Hope all goes well with repairs. What can we say, the space and view are incredible. We were absolutely content sitting on the bed or in the hot tub looking out over Boulder under the stars or the sun. We would recommend to any of our friends and family. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome views great location

First off the couch in the pictures has been replaced with a modern living room set. The hot tub has also been replaced with a hard side one. I was worried that we would be to loud but those people must have been out of control that had the police called on them. This is a very quite area of town even though it's close to the college. The house is well equipped with everything you'll need. Make sure you get up for a sunrise at least once while your there. The owner is real nice and helpful.

Great view, good location

This place has an amazing view of Boulder and the surrounding area. Found myself just staring out the huge window to see the sunrise over Boulder and the great view of red rocks. The location is good. It's an easy 15 minute walk into town, but you are up on a hill so it's a little harder walk back. The space overall is big with an open floor plan, but the bedrooms and bathroom are small. With only one bath it's not ideal for a larger group. As others have said, you do have folks living below you in the house. However, it was not a problem for us. There is also some construction going on next door, but it did not bother us. Overall a very nice place.
