”Upon arrival, the unit had not been cleaned. I texted Ted, the Host and he arranged to have his Cleaning Company arrive the next morning to clean the unit. The unit was then cleaned well. And Ted made it right by crediting me a 1st night and early next day cost.”

”This place in the mountains was beyond perfect, it very much exceeded my expectations. Views were gorgeous, it was clean, comfortable beds, spacious, quiet, never ending hot water, and Matt was very responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. I honestly don’t have one negative thing to say. We enjoyed every minute of our trip.”

”This was a great property just west of the main part of Estes Park and very close to one of the entrances to RMNP. Fall River flows directly in front of the property. The property is very quiet and because it’s not a large property, it wasn’t hard to find a parking spot. The unit itself was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics to do any cooking. I would stay here again.”
