”Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! Please review!”

”We were booked for a 3 night stay. On 1 of the 3 nights our room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk to get clean towels and specifically asked that housekeeping clean our room the next day. The next morning, we saw housekeeping outside the room next to ours andI asked the girl if we were to have our room cleaned. She told me that she would be there in 10 minutes. An hour and a half later, when we checked the hallway, she had skipped our room entirely and I had to ask again to have it...

”Overall, the general condition and staff are fine during our stay. However, the light above the mini bar where is coffee maker is located was out-off order, and still not replaced regardless several repeated inquiries for repair. Basic room service is only upon request. ”

”Beautiful property. We thought it was brand new, but the manager told me it was 12 years old. Lots of free parking, including a dozen handicap slots by the front door. Huge, bright & airy lobby, business center and dining areas. Very polite & helpful staff. Nice, compact bar by the small kitchen adjacent to the front desk. ”We really like the homewood suites brand and look forward to the expected amenities- this one was in a great location but could use a bit of refreshment. Not sure why the hallways have the exposed wiring at the ceiling wall. Breakfast was nice but not as extensive as other locations such as Dallas/ Fort Worth. We had a very long walk from our unit 329 to lobby/ breakfast area. Overall rating is good and I would stay again ”

”We came from High Point NC for our daughter’s graduation from UNC Chapel Hill, the location was perfect for the weekend. Breakfast was great, Beds and pillows were amazing and Very Clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely will stay here again when in this area!!!! ”

”The rooms in this hotel are in desperate need of renovation, walls and corners in bathrooms were unclean, carpet and sofa unpleasant. Bed linens were good and the location was perfect for our trip so we continued with our stay, plus the front desk staff were awesome.”

Even I arrived exhausted from traveling at 1031pm they said they cancelled my reservation and gave the room away because I didn’t answer their call when. Prostitues and a pimp were working the parking. Employee Victor was unprofessional and it took me till 1am to find another hotel, thankfully I did and it was so much better than this dump.”
