”We had a comfortable corner room on the second floor. It was quiet and peaceful. There was a full breakfast with fresh fruit, coffee was good. All the usual breakfast items. Staff was friendly. That included the front desk personnel as well as the housekeeping (and maintenance personnel whom we interacted with.) We have stayed here on several other occasions and probably will continue to do so in the future when we need to be in Durham. Good job folks!”

”This hotel was very disappointing. The hallways and elevators were dirty and had a bad odor. The hallway carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, and the hallways were uncomfortably hot. Our room was not clean either. The blanket had stains, the sink was dirty and clogged, and the couch was covered in stains. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke mixed with spoiled food. The walls were extremely thin, so you could hear everything. I would not stay here again.”
