”Cozy basement unit with all amenities. Close to EWR airport. Street parking mostly available. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of closet space. Loved the electric cooking range and cooking utensils. Host very helpful. Accommodated late checkout! The only thing to be aware of is the noisy tenants above, but that is not host’s problem. We enjoyed our stay!”

”The apartment was on the 3rd floor which was pretty hard for husband who had a hip replacement 2 weeks prior & I am handicapped & have a very difficult time going upstairs. The property was also not as clean as i wpuld like”

”The place is an apartment complex with security. The furniture slid across the floor whenever we sat down. The leg on the bed about broke with our weight. Was told I could have early check in but then was told that there was no record of the conversation but I have the receipt, and sent it but was ignored after I sent it. Was made to clean the place or was threatened to be charged, but this was not in the agreement. Misleading and unprofessional. The floor was not swept or mopped. ”
