”A good hotel for 1 night stay. Everything we needed. Plenty of carpark. Lovely cooked breakfast. Well done to the friendly young lady working in the cafe”

”Run down hotel. Cracked walls. Unrefreshend smell to the room. Not worth 1/4 of the $$$ I paid. Getting out of the bathtub was a fall hazard. Shower pressure was low...on the ground floor I wonder what its like on the top floor. Very unpolite and discriminatory frontend staff. Had paid for a quadruple room but was given a lower occupancy room. The only positive thing was the comfy bed and having a roof over one's head.”

”Over all not bad. Sofa come beds need to be changed, as not comfortable at all. I told them after 1st night but still not better. We were 4 and 3 of us slept in main bed and that why poor rating. So need to check there beds.”

”What a gem of a place! Beautiful original pub building. Bedroom was spacious and clean. We had a room with a double and a single bed. The double was a bit too hard for us, but the room has everything you need, so can't complain. Breakfast was really impressive and everything was cooked to perfection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We feel like we've found a gem and will definitely use again when we've got a gig in Manchester.”

The only negative, we had to pay for parking, we booked on Expedia and it was advertised as parking available, no mention of having to pay. We will use this hotel again but will book directly through the hotel website. ( cheaper too )”

The springs are so weak, I felt the hard bed base through the mattress. The bathroom sink plug didn't hold water. Bathroom light was so dim as was the shaving mirror, I...

”First of all when entering the hotel bad smells like cooking food no fresh air is not fear the price so expensive for that room I am not happy”

”Room was quite big and beds were very good. There was iron in room, also electric kettle ja coffee. Nice bathroom, expect shower without pressure and not hairdryer there (it was possible to loan from reception). Good connections by tram, around until midnight.”
