”I called before check in to see if I could have a connecting room since we were a party of 5 one night and 6 the other . I was told just to come and never listened to during the call. Check in was seamless. The room was clean. One room the smoke detector chirping and heat not working right. The front desk investigated immediately. Some newer light fixtures but the room felt dated and all the brown carpet needs to be replaced. The TV was small and one tv had some stations the other didn’t. Room...

”The hotel is very good with a reasonabel price, I could choice this for visiting Cape Cod even it is little bit far away from there. The hotel locates very beautiful small town, hence the environment is good.”

”Room was filthy, mold on the ceilings, all of the bed side tables had water damage. There was mold in bathroom and around doorframe of the room. We saw a mouse in our room twoce and when I approached the hotel on it i was told it was normal for this time of year and to start worrying when i see one of the big rats. The rooms phone didnt work. The plug sparked at me when i plugged in my phone. My mother in laws room had a hole in the ceiling and mold around the hole. We found mold in all 3 of the...

”So hotel lobby was well kept, but when we left to get to our room, first was garbage can outside of door to get in was overflowing with trash and all over the ground, then when we went in door Firebox in wall was beeping, when we got to room, wallpaper falling off, dirty chairs in room, dripping shower, heat didn't work, they came and tried to fix, then set at 70 in 15 minutes was 77 tried to lower it and system shut off again and we spent the night with no heat....so we were supposed to stay...

”Was treated by a very pleasant woman in the front lobby which was very clean, presentable and smelled wonderful. Check in was a breeze and our room was just what we needed for our one night stay passing through. Very clean modern room with a tv fridge table & chairs and newly remodeled bathroom. Would definitely stay again. ”
