The shower in the guest bedroom was leaking. The ice maker stayed on after you got done using it. The hand towel holder was completely missing from the primary bathroom. We rented a unit with a tub for my toddler however, the tub would not hold water.It was a nightmare having Casago as the property manager. We stayed there for 4 days with no new towels. Thatâs absurd. I have stayed at las Palomaâs many times but never managed by casago. I wonât use casago again. We got locked out of the room. Donât know how because the door did not lock on the inside. My 2 year old could open the door with ease. That was concerning. We ran out of paper towels and had to wait a whole day for housekeeping to come by and give us 1 roll. The condo was not clean like I have seen in the past. It seems like the upkeep is not happening. Also, checking in at the office in the middle of town is not fun. I wonât use casago again. The resort itself is great.
