This large home has two floor levels: the main floor level with a wraparound porch and the walkout basement level with a patio. Interior stairs connect the two floor levels and both levels have exterior entrance doors. The 2 living rooms both have Smart TVs. Also there are 2 dining tables, a large laundry room and 2 outdoor gas grills for your convenience. Plus, there is a piano featuring a tribute to Elvis Presley. Nanny loved Elvis and smiled for 3 weeks after seeing him in concert.
