”Runa farm was excellent the cottage was amazing we had a lovely Xmas dinner with all our family I added an extra basic room before checkin , which was upgraded to a room right next to the cottage with Jacuzzi. Was a very nice treat from runa farm which made our stay even better will be booking next year definitely ”

”Very spacious well equipped cottage situated just off the main street of Barnard Castle right by the parish church. We were able to check in early, which was a big help, and when we arrived we delighted to see how spotlessly clean it was. The beds and furnishing were comfortable and would have no hesitation in reccommending the cottage to our friends and family”

”Beautiful cottage in the heart of Barnard Castle town. The rooms were big and very comfortable. The place was very clean and modern and it had plenty of spaces to relax in (lounge, games/tv room & dining room). The staff were very accommodating also! Thank you for a great stay!”

”It certainly has a wow factor with the tallest windows and ceilings I've seen in a small residential property. The fixtures, fittings and appliances are all high quality, (sadly lacking any manuals). Best to use what three words to locate it as the sat nav on postcode takes you to the wrong side of a wall, albeit very close to the front door. You do get some road noise from the main road due to the vented double glazing but this dies down at night so isn't an issue. All in all a great rental....

”The B&B was amazing We stayed in the annexe which was like home from home Extremely well equipped and furnished to a very very high standard with everything and more than you could hope for The breakfast was very tasty 5 stars and more for the Hill If you are visiting the high force waterfalls like we did I would highly encourage and recommend that you stay at the Hill B&B ”
