”Room was spotless and did not smell of cleaning chemicals (yah!!). Bed was comfortable, black out curtain and it was quiet. Got an excellent nights sleep. Very happy for the price.”

”I should called ahead prior to booking. It was RECORD heat-------and the pool wasn't available. Add to that the ice machines were down. The staff was VERY helpful in getting ice from their private machine. Room was nice and there is a disc golf course out the back. Location close to a bunch of restaurants. If pool were operating this would have been a 5+ rating. Free cookies at 4PM was a nice touch. OUTSTANDING BREAKFAST!! One of the best I've ever experienced at a mid-level chain!”

The only downside was the cleaning - a previous customer had hidden empty alcohol bottles in the room's cabinets that were left there for us to find - that made me feel a bit uneasy. But in all a good visit regardless.”

”We were welcomed by friendly staff and our room was very clean, quiet and beds were so comfortable. The location was convenient to everything we did. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I hope to stay again when I go back to Virginia. The 24 hour coffee and tea availability was a hit for us and the breakfast was excellent, more to choose from than most . Thanks for a wonderful stay !”

”Our stay at the Omni was excellent! The room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was easily adjustable. We loved both indoor and outdoor pool as well as the atrium bar and restaurant! The outside space is great and offers a break from your room. The location truly cannot be beat. We walked around the Downtown Mall multiple days to shop and eat. Monticello was a ten minutes drive and UVA is a 5 minute drive. I highly recommend and will be stay each time we...

”The Oakhurst in was definitely not up to my standards BUT the staff tried everything to make things more comfortable. Unfortunately the Inn was working off of a generator and couldn’t keep up with the heat outside. My biggest issue however was the fruit flies. They were everywhere and it really bothered me. Jake - night person in the lobby was my hero after AC shut down for the 3rd time and I decided to leave in the middle of the night.”
