”Great location for shopping and for those travellers who do not drive, everything is within walking distance from the hotel. However, the breakfast seriously needs to be reviewed. Limited healthy option e.g. more variety needed everything is fried, more fruits in its natural format, no added sugar to the fruit salad, yogurts would be nice, breakfast is boring, unhealthy and bland. ”The cups in the room were dirty and so was the bathroom floor. And the Netflix wasn’t working it kept saying connection issues. Ans when we called the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything about it.”

”The property and rooms seem a bit outdated and will require some work. The amenities are acceptable but not outstanding. We had been to other hotels of the same chain that have much better amenities. The air conditioner in the room was really noisy. The breakfast provided was just standard, not many choices.”

”Highly recommend. Shuttle service to and from airport and cruise terminal was hassle free and timely. The breakfast was good, automatic pancake maker was cool all of which was complimentary but I must say the ease of having an extended amount of drinks, snacks AND FROZEN ICE CREAM for an additional charge was convenient. The room was clean as expected. The staff was a true pleasure to interact with. We will be returning. Kudos to the your staff!”

”Dai Quon was super friendly and helpful. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and gave great directions to spend the day. Tons to do within walking distance. Restaurants, coffee, shopping, putt putt, ice cream shops, The breakfast and snack shop were convenient and shuttles to the airport and local cruise port were efficient.”

”I'll be honest I was pleasantly surprised how decent this place was . I generally only stay at Marriott or above a friend was staying here so she begged me to stay at same hotel . When I heard comfort inn I was like yikes, but I will stay here again . We only paid 62.88 on Expedia which was a Steele. Enjoyed stay very much !!!”

”The room and property were nice. We didn’t like the fact that every time we left the room the garbage remained after we got serviced. The fire alarm kept going off when we bathed and one day we met our room door opened-didn’t even need the key.”

”Everything was perfect for our one night stay before our cruise, except...the shuttle driver dropped our luggage while unloading and broke a wheel. No one would acknowledge it when I mentioned it to two different front desk employees. She didn't load any of the passengers luggage at the airport but did come back to unload it upon arrival at the hotel.
