”Arrived at 6:00 p.m. for check-in, even though check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and was told my room still wasn't ready, so I had to wait. The hotel is in a noisy location, and the room could have been much cleaner. There was dust in the corners, and the shower floor felt oily and slippery. Overall, the property did not feel clean or inviting. The staff, however, were friendly and courteous, which was the one positive aspect of my stay.”

”The property was brand new and very clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great too.”

”Upon arriving, the trash in the room was full from the previous guest. We had clean sheets and towels though. Staff was ok. We had an older gentleman check us in the first night and he laughed when he saw how long we were staying and asked “what could you possibly be doing HERE for that many days?” We also needed a way to freeze ice packs for my son’s insulin and when asked about storing the ice packs in their freezer, the same gentleman gave my husband an attitude like it was an inconvenience....

”The front desk offered a horrible experience. :( The man that checked us in was incredibly rude and condescending. I felt unsafe staying with my children. I never write negative reviews. I called Hilton to complain and have yet to hear a response.”
