”Only 2 years old, so everything still smelled new! Room was spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom clean and accessible. Soap and shampoo provided; no lotions. Breakfast consisted of muffins, fruit and oat bars, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee/tea. ”

”The property is very outdated and not somewhere I would choose to stay again. It feels worn, unkempt, and overall not well-maintained. I also didn’t feel it was the safest setup for children, being located right off a major highway with exterior room entrances. While the staff was friendly and accommodating during our late check-in, the overall condition of the property just wasn’t it.”

”The electricity on the headboard kept going on and off and the alarm clock keeping beeping because of this. When I tried to unplug the headboard and replug it the outlet started sparking. There was no maintenance on hand. We could not sleep because we felt unsafe and the beep annoyed us all night. The front desk wasn't much help and didn't even offer to change our room to another one. ”The only good thing in this hotel was the young and slim girl at the front desk. She was nice and helpful. When we got to the room it smelled like an ashtray (non-smoking room) and the sheets felt like they were dirty. The breakfast was a joke. There was only coffee and cereals to choose from but no bowls or milk for them. Once we asked the older lady at the front desk, she grunted and took bowls out of the cupboards. Not good customer service.. this wasn't our first similar experience at...

”I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. My most recent time staying here was for 5 nights. They said every 3 days, housekeeping will come. I received a text that housekeeping would come by my room but when i got back to the room later that evening, they never came. It was an easy fix of going downstairs to ask the front desk for a fresh set of towels but a little inconvenient that the room didn’t get freshened up. I love the breakfast and coffee in the mornings though!”
