”Room was clean and staff was friendly.”

”Totally enjoyed my stay. Our room was clean and comfy. The only problem was our room, 125 was near the eating area and it got noisy at times.”

”The elevator made an awful noise, the furniture in our room was held together with duct tape, the suitcase stand was missing. We had requested a handicap room. The only thing handicap was the high sink and the handicap buzzer outside the door. The only plus I can give this hotel is that the staff was helpful and nice.”

”The room was smaller compared to their other property in Rock Hill. Also didn't have ice maker, a bigger leather chair and a rotating desk chair like the Rock Hill SC property. I like that it was very clean, the AC was great and the staff was very attentive and nice. Yes, I'll recommend it.”

”Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster.”

”I've been to quite a few Hampton Inn's and this left a lot to be desired.”

”Everything smelled wet and moist. The hallways were warm and it was hard to open the door because the carpet installed was swelling or something so had to drag the door over that carpet. The hosts we initially spoke with were very pleasant though. For the money I would advise going somewhere else.”

”Oikein hyvä hotelli SouthParkin alueella. Aamupala kuuluu hintaan (pidempään oleskeluun hieman yksipuolinen). Pysäköintipaikkaa jouduttiin etsimään, mutta löytyi molemmille öille aivan hotellin vierestä.”

”From check-in to checkout this was a great hotel in a wonderful location. Walk to shopping and dining with ease. If you are traveling around Charlotte area like I was, it was a great place to use as a hub.”
