”Clean room, friendly staff”

”My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager had an extremely nasty attitude and was very rude and unprofessional while speaking to us. Customer service was terrible, and instead of trying to help resolve concerns, we were treated with disrespect. On top of that, the room smelled strongly of mold, which made the stay very uncomfortable and concerning. ”Excellent hotel close to services, very friendly personnel, good connections to main interstate highways”

”The Hotel looked like it had been not working for years, adn it had just reoponed. It smelled awfull. The curtains of the room didnt work properly so the light from the parking lots shot a my face all night. Custormer Service was poor at best. ”

”I had a paid reservation to this property. When I arrived at 3:30 pm No one was at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes and made several phone call to customer service, The front desk clerk rudely told me they had no rooms and to go elsewhere. I couldn't believe it.”
