”The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. We had no problems sleeping. Breakfast was hot and quite tasty. The coffee was delicious. We expected to stay one night but we enjoyed our rooms and extended our stay to 3 nights. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was also nice. So that made us feel safe. We will return to Mesa again and we will return to the Marriott Bonvay”

”When we check-in at the hotel, the ladies at the counter weren't helpful at all and it was like they were angry. Later that day we asked for more towels and they didn't send them until we went again at the counter and asked for the towels, a guy gave it to us. The pool was closed due to the monsoon (never rain by the way) and my kids were very disappointed. The toilet in our room was making an annoying all night long.”

They were pleasant and helpful. My main concern was the smell of the room. It smelled like body odor and sweat.
