”Nice and clean”

”I was surprised how outdated the building was. Very loud and noisy. You can hear everything in your room from the hallway to slamming doors, people walking around on the upper level, the ice maker all hours of the day. Lighting in the bathroom was very dim. It was fine for the 3 nights we were there, but I’d pick someone else next time I’m in the area due to it being so outdated and loud. The employees were fantastic!”

”Old and tired hotel. They did some updating it was masking the age and overall condition. It needs a full renovation. ”

”We stayed overnight, as we needed to be in the area and up early. Two false fire alarms, one at 10, one at 2 that went off for an hour as they had a difficult time resetting. There were people partying with young kids, so lots of running up and down the hall all night. Horrible nights rest. In addition, the shower curtain did not close and the floors were not vacuumed well. Couch in the suite was weirdly not functional, and there were no dishes/silverware available in the kitchen of the...

”Parin viikon majoituksessa huoneiden iso koko oli todella plussaa. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias. Hotellivieraiden käytössä oleva pesula on hyvin käytännöllinen palvelu pidemmällä vierailulla. Pienenä miinuksena oli huoneen lämmityslaitteen kovaäänisyys.”

”The hotel has a classic and stylish interior, original and respecting Yale university’s heritage. I loved it, as you feel part of Yale’s legacy. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was very limited, that’s the only minus.”

”Did not eat at establishment. Elevator area (lobby) has a stale odor. Room appeared to be clean however the Comforter appeared dirty. Sheets were questionable. Bathroom had hair in the sink and shower. I went out and bought supplies and cleaned the room. Stayed there due to daily radiation therapy at Yale. Staff was friendly, no noise so I overlooked the issues. ”

”They didn't give me the room that expedia had for me.They gave me a different room, and I was very disappointed. No sofa bed. TV was bad could not see picture at all too dark on every channel. Brightness wouldn't work. ”
