”Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was wonderful with a spa and pool—both clean. The breakfast was exceptional with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal and all the other “continental” items. The whole hotel is a beautiful getaway. Beautifully decorated and not anything like what you would expect from a hotel in an abandoned strip...

”Staff very friendly but the place really could use some repairs, especially in the bathroom. And they charged a fee for dogs even though Expedia didn't shown that when I selected the hotel.”

”This hotel was couple of weeks ago a Best Western and now they have a new owner and name — it seems that the new owners are still learning how to run a hotel: staff is friendly and helps, but there were minor issues with cleaning (some beard hairs in the sink) and breakfast (the food run out and they didn’t notice in until one customer went to kitchen). Some administration workflow should be also brushed, I was accidentally double charged both via Hotels.com and the hotel as I arrived one day...

”Pros: Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in. Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels. Lobby/Restaurant/Breakfast - The lobby is huge and very elegant.
