”It was in a great location. I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities. Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card.”

”Beautiful lodging with great views of the dunes. Close to town but just far enough off the beaten path to give it a more relaxed vibe. The rooms are beautifully appointed and tastefully designed. Some feedback for improvement: There are no coffee makers in the rooms and this was challenging for those of us that rise before the hotel's coffee was ready in the lobby (7:30 am ish, pretty late in the morning by our standards). The general quality of the coffee that was served (watery and flavorless)...

”Very well appointed guest house with a comfortable bed and pleasant rooms, nicely designed and detailed. The breakfast room is separate and nice to spend time in. There is also an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Ample breakfast was served and there is a selection of magazines and daily newspapers for perusal. I’ve stayed in many establishments in Ptown through the years and this is one of my favorites.”

Bed so comfortable. 1 in-person staff member supports more than one location, but when I called the number posted to park and then to check in, they sent parking directions quickly via text and had the key app facilitated. Everything was terrific. They even had umbrellas available!”

”Loved the location( center to everything in town) , staff, cleanliness and decor. Would have loved to have been able to access a vending machine or shop where I could get a morning snack / drink. However, the staff was so friendly and great. I was able to get a Diet Coke every evening for the next morning. ( Thank you Neil!) And I loved the keurig machine in the room. Thank you Pilgrim House! We had a fabulous visit and would absolutely stay there again!!”

”Hotel's beach and pool were great. Walking opportunity to a lighthouse nearby lovely. The hotel was nice but there was a lot of sand on The floor. When we mentioned about it, it was cleaned partly but not everything. ”

”Spencer, the owner of the Inn was personable and helpful. The Inn was very conveniently located to town (a very short walk). The room was basic but comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.”
