”Huge second-floor apartment right on Commercial Street—easily fits six people. The single bathroom is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom, and the unit is stocked with everything from kitchenware to beach chairs. Each bedroom has its own A/C unit, which our dog appreciated. ”The unit was centrally located and great bay windows for watching the scene on Commercial Ave. The back deck is a great space and had a quintessential view of the Pilgrim Monument. The unit has lots of space and is nicely furnished.There was some noise at night from the street and clubs, but I didn't find it too loud or problematic (but I live in NYC and am accustomed to the humm of the street). I thought this was a very nice place for a good price and would recommend it to others. ”

”We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and clean place right in the heart of Provincetown. The location couldn’t have been better—just a few steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and everything P-town has to offer. The space was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We’d absolutely stay here again!”

Downsides* No blankets on the beds and had a bit of a musky smell. Also not directly waterfront (across the street). However, overall pleased and would rebook!”

”The location of this condo is really excellent! So close to the beach, Angel Food, the museum, and galleries. The location had a real neighborhood feel as we kept running into the same people and their pups at the beach and walking through town and everyone was so nice. The condo is well-appointed and comfy for a fun stay. No parking but Pat's Friendly Parking down the street was fantastic and it really was friendly and so close to the beach and new park. Great communication from the condo...

”The property was in a fantastic location and very well maintained. Close to everything you need but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was a really nice bonus too. Four of us were very comfortable staying splitting the bedrooms and the pull out couch. ”

”Wonderful stay in a warm, comfortable home. The home is very clean and well stocked. Our extended family, our adult kids and their partners, truly enjoyed the home and everything it had to offer. We used the well equipped kitchen daily and loved the huge table that comfortably fit all of us. Ted was very responsive when we contacted him and we hope to return to this oasis sometime soon! ”

”Stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate the 4th of July. The place is clean and spacious and well maintained. It’s an easy 5-10 minute walk to all the action on Commercial St. Bret was kind enough to accommodate an early check in. Would highly recommend his place. ”
