”My experience at this Holiday Inn was completely unacceptable. I found THREE LIVE COCKROACHES in my room — two in the bathroom and a large one crawling around on the table in the room itself.
This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I paid for a hotel room expecting basic cleanliness and a comfortable place to sleep, not to discover live cockroaches crawling around my accommodations.
The situation was bad enough that I checked out a full day early. I should not have to cut my stay...

”Water temperature was little more than look warm. The bathroom shower had cracked tiles and was poorly caulked. While the room overall, was clean and comfortable the bath left one wondering what shape the overall hotel is in.
I opted not to shower because I suspected it might be moldy based on the condition of the tile work and framing.”

”We had reservations with this hotel for 2 months and when we arrived were told that due to a staff cleaning mishap they did not have a room for us. We travelled from Virginia to Nebraska feeling confident that when we arrived around 10pm our room would ready waiting for us. It seems having a reservation does not mean what it used to. We called earlier in the evening to ask if there was a time we needed to check in and were told no certain time but the rooms were filling fast. We told the clerk...

”The hotel was under construction for renovations, which was not conveyed to us at any point until we arrived to check in. The building was dusty and made breathing difficult. There were also several construction workers smoking right at the main entrance at any given time. The gym was closed for renovations. The hotel itself was torn apart, unpainted, and the incessant noise from construction went until about 9 pm every day. The stay was completely unacceptable.”
