The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor.”

”I booked this room because it was close to where I needed to stay. Also, it had decent reviews about cleanliness, especially the bathroom. I did not find this to be the case with my room. The carpet was not vacuumed very well, and my bathroom was NOT clean. There was black hair everywhere… in the sink and bathtub, as well as on the countertop. ”Only 1 elevator, and no indoor stairs. Long lines to get to literally the next floor. Everything was wet & dirty (lots of kids running from the pool around the 1st floor). It was fine, esp for the price. But not worth anything more.”

”Because the CWS was in town, our room rate was twice the normal rate. Supply vs demand, I guess but irritating. They have only one elevator when there should be two. The room was fully functional but no extra appeal. My breakfast was okay, but my wife was not pleased.”

”The bedside light was missing the lightbulb. There were some stains on the curtain separating the bathroom area and the sleeping area. It didn’t feel super family oriented which was what we would have preferred, but the stay was okay. Also, the room was pretty muggy on arrival and took a while to cool down.”
