”Me and my husband stayed 2 nights this past weekend for father’s day. We love hyatts because they're always clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, this is our first bad experience with one. When we walk into our room there was still garbage on the floor under the table, hair on the toilet, and a bug under our sheets. Not the absolute worst hotel I've ever seen but we left very disappointed.”

”The look of the hotel was beautiful. but at the outside seating area there were cigarette butts all over the ground even with receptacles available.
I suggest making hotel property smoke free.
Also when I checked in the front desk ran my card twice for incidentals (total $300)
when i noticed it on my bank account i came down to the front desk.
They said it was there mistake but could no refund me the $.
I was given free breakfast for 2 days”
