Bracebridge Heath Hotellit

”Good food and drink at the pub that is separate from the accommodation. Slight problem on check in as they had given us a double room instead of a twin, despite sending an email prior to arrival requesting a twin. Staff shortages meant it was a while before the bed situation was sorted but we were in the bar by then so not really an issue. The receptionist was apologetic and keen to resolve the issue so bonus points to her.”

”Hotelli oli kelpo, hana kurlutti kun siihen laski vettä mutta ne on pieniä vikoja. Löytyi myös silitysrauta joka oli kovassa käytössä vkl aikana. ”

”Ok.”

”Mukava, siisti ja hyvin skandinaaviseen makuun sopiva hotelli. Kaikin puolin mukava!”

”Very good hotel next to the Cathedral and pubs/restaurants.”

”Nice hotel with a great location on Brayford. The staff are helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Only downside is that if you get a connecting room you can hear everything in the next door room!”

”Thouroghly enjoyed my stay at the Duke William. Rooms were well-equipped and spotlessly clean. I did like the real coffee and cafetière in the room it is a nice touch along with the cookies. Breakfast was excellent and I would stay here again. Only downside was the stairs and the narrow hallways were not easy for less mobile members of our party, and there was some noise from downstairs if you keep the window open but not enough to bother us. Thank you for a nice stay.”

”Not enough room for parking unless you have a small car.Code key system for room very hit and miss. Very nice room when you get in,clean and spacious.”

”Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Food good. Plenty of parking. Comfortable room.”

”Everything was ok,”

”The room was clean as was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good”

”A truly lovely stay at a homely pub that was superb value for money, the staff were very helpful & friendly, will definitely visit again when in the area .”

”What a gem Creston Villa is! Thanks to Anna and Iain who made our stay a real home from home. From the breakfast with lots of choice, including so many jams, marmalades and relishes to homemade cookies to take with us for a later treat. We loved everything and we didn’t need to know anything about Lincoln before our trip, we could’ve learned it all at breakfast! Great location, easy walk into town or use the local bus service from just outside the property. Highly recommend. Thank you x”

”The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked.”

”Rooms are very tired, dated and not standardised, carpets very dirty in rooms. Television reception was so poor that made viewing anything not possible. Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy. The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning...
