”The room was big but not clean, the windows were very mouldy and bathroom doors very dirty. The breakfast was very poor in quality. It was the basic hotel breakfast, with the usual highly processes breads, cold dry bacon, and very dry / rubber looking eggs. I was honestly expecting a much better experience.
The reception staff were wonderful, but the pool staff were clearly junior and very uninterested in helping customers. It took me 3 trips to be able to get all I needed to access the pool...

”Just had our second stay here and looking forward to our next one.
Room was very clean and comfortable and lovely and warm.
Big super king bed and very comfortable.
It's handy having the Bar and Restaurant on the same property if you don't feel like going far....we had a nice meal there and the young Bar Man there was just brilliant, could not have been more helpful and caring.
Tea/Coffee/Biscuits replenished each day.
Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice.

”The staff were all great, very helpful and polite. The room was large and clean but a bit soul less. The bathroom was very large with lovely shower but again bare. Nothing to make you feel special two tiny bottles for the shower and one bar of soap but no soap dish! Nothing at all to make it feel homely!
The worse bit was the bed it definitely needed a new mattress as we both kept rolling into the middle, ver disturbed night!! ”
