”Owners are incredibly welcoming and really friendly. We very much enjoyed our daily chats. Breakfast was as belly busting as you wish. Eggs straight from the hens in the garden. All dietary requirements are well catered for . Bathroom could do with updating although everything worked well and was perfectly adequate. We enjoying having a beer and a cuppa on the terrace. ”Never stayed in a Shepherds Hut before. Everything about our stay was perfect. Lovely couple met us with a warm welcome, some fresh cold milk and some drinks for the fridge, the hut was spotless and remarkably spacious and whilst I can't imagine anyone cooking in these huts there is a small hob and everything you'd need to cook if you're too mean to eat out. ”Absolutely fabulous stay at Jamaica Inn. Always wanted to stay there and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful rooms, tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Had a dog (£15 extra) but the dog had a bed, a towel, dog bowls and a doggy welcome pack with dog toy, dog treats and bags. Really friendly staff. A great meal in the dog friendly bar area washed down with some local beer. ”

”This gets a top rating due to the service & hospitality. The hosts are ultra welcoming and friendly. And gave me some great tips on places to visit, including nearby scenic walks. Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order. They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok. The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open.”
