”This is probably my favorite budget hotel in the area. It is pretty bare bones, but it is good for the price. Rooms are always clean and quiet, along with breakfast being provided. ”

”The location was great for our business. The rug was old and dirty. The furniture was old and outdated. The bathroom was also outdated, with rust around the mirrors. The bedding was not as clean and crisp as other hotels.”

”This is the second time I have stayed at the Oaklander. The first time there were stains all over my sheets. They were changed. This time the pillows were wrinkled and did not smell fresh. I had to request new pillow cases. It’s a beautiful hotel but when they tell you they are inspecting your room before you go in beware, you better inspect it yourself. Housekeeping was very courteous when they changed the pillow cases. One bright point. Very disappointing for such a beautiful hotel.”

”Parking was ok, lots of vehicles with the pool tournament going on. Room was fairly clean, good solid bed. Courtyard was grown up with high grass and weeds, didn't even look at the pool. The property needs a couple good maintenence personnel cause it needs a lot of work! ”

”The lady at the desk was very helpful but the hotel was dirty .it need a good paint job The room smell like smoke . I said something to the lady and said if I could stand the smell she would switch my room but I didn’t want to bother her .ITS NOT HER FAULT.. I UNDERSTAND ITS A TOP HOTEL BUT I DIDNT ENJOY THE SMELL . The breakfast was was good and the staff was friendly . It says it a smoke free hotel but as soon as I open the door of the room it smell my mother in laws house . Not good”
