Olet alle 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Anna Marian saaren sokerihiekkarannoista. Voit mukavasti nukkua 6 aikuista ja 2 lasta 4 tilavassa makuuhuoneessa. Pohjapiirros on perheystävällinen ja siinä on makuuhuoneet jaettu 2 ja 2, ja pariksi on asennettu kylpyhuone talon vastakkaisissa päissä, tasku-ovi lisää yksityisyyttä. Sinä ja lapsesi rakastavat yksityistä lämmitettyä suolaisen veden uima-allasta rehevässä, trooppisessa takapihalla. Suuntaa kadun toisella puolella upealle valkoisen hiekkarannalle Meksikonlahdella Bradenton Beachissä - yksi kolmesta upeista rannoista Anna Marian saarella.

This property exceeded our expectations. For many years, we have driven to Florida from Michigan in order to bring all the supplies we feel we need for a great vacation however, this year we decided to fly. This rental had everything we needed - pool toys, beach toys, towels, kitchen equipment, grill, spices, , etc….Very clean and spacious. My daughter’s family slept in the 2 rooms on 1 end of house and wife, son and I on the other end. Grandkids loved the pool. We have visited the island several times before but always stay on the north end in Holmes Beach . Love this area as less traffic, quieter and beach is right around the corner. If looking for action it’s just a short walk to Bridge Street Pier. Communication with owners was great- already looking into booking for next year!

Awesome location and property

Communication with the owners was excellent- even after the devastating hurricane last October. They were very forthcoming about the status of the house and property. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. All beach stuff included was a huge bonus and the location is perfect We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home!

This home was even better than we expected! The location is great, 2 minutes to the beach and they had beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards… If you’re wondering if the island is ok to visit after the hurricane… IT IS!! Almost everything open, debris is cleaned up and this home in particular is gorgeous!! The comfy beds and beautiful pool was a bonus!! If you’re looking to visit AMI, this is the home to rent!

This place ROCKS!

My family’s stay at “yacht rock ranch” was incredible! The house was even better than we imagined. The living room and kitchen has a spacious open floor plan that allowed us to spread out on a rainy day without being in different rooms. The large dinner table was perfect for card games, while the other half of the family watched tv. The pool was our favorite part of the house, it was private oasis with a view of the beach if you peek through the palm trees. We highly recommend staying here, and would definitely book again in the future!

Our 1 week stay in Anna Maria Island was perfect thanks to this amazing property. Our accommodation was a true gem that exceeded all expectations. We have stayed at many rentals and this one tops our list. The house was stocked with everything you need for the beach, pool and kitchen. The location was perfect--2 minute walk to a beautiful beach that was never overcrowded. The whole family loved the pool each day. We grilled out 5 nights on a great Weber gas grill. The check in/check out was seamless. Couldn't recommend this rental more!

Nice Beach Vacation for Adults & Kids

This property was perfect for our family beach vacation. Everything was onsite that we could ask for to accommodate kids (pack n play, stroller, beach wagon, pool/beach toys, floaties/life jackets) along with gated property and gated access to pool. This was a huge win when with children. The pool area itself was vey nice and we spent many hours out there. At any point, we could also easily pack the wagon onsite with chairs, umbrellas, shade tents, coolers and beach toys (that are all provided at the property) to make a quick trip over to the beach. The beach area was well taken care of, not overly populated and sand at the beach was soft. We were also a short walk away from downtown shops and a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. A very nice place where we could all enjoy some family time, spend time having fun in the sun at the pool and the beach, and rest peacefully at night. The beds were comfortable, there was a washer and dryer onsite, and all the extras (soaps, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, towels) were included. The only minor downfall we experienced was upon booking the propety was listed as having a spa, but the owner was quick to respond and confirm otherwise and immediately updated the property details. I would easily recommend this place for anyone - adults, kids, family, friends. A great stay !

Sunshine Break from the Winter Doldrums!

We had a wonderful 2-week stay!! The living area was much bigger than appears in the online photos. The three of us were able to get quite comfortable without any problem the few times we sat down to watch a movie! The outdoor pool and dining areas are very nice and feel very private, we loved the lights in the trees and the disco front door light was great! We felt like we were in the middle of everything, the beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and it is easy to get to Longboat Key, Bradenton, and all the lovely shops and restaurants on Anna Maria.The house was comfortable, well appointed and decorated beautifully. Todd was immediately responsive to any questions and we could not have asked for a better host. We are already looking forward to our visit next year!! Thanks!!

Good stay

We enjoyed a stayed here over Thanksgiving. The walk to the beach was easy with young kids and the wagon for beach chairs and toys was much appreciated! The pool area was probably one of our favorite features of the property. It was nice to enjoy the pool without others invading your space. All in all, it was a great house for our family to enjoy. I do think some of the rugs in the home could be cleaned or replaced, but that didn’t affect our stay so I didn’t remove any stars for it. Great family vacation house!

This house was PERFECT! great location on the island; short walk to the beach; great pool. This single story house was perfect for our family, being all in one level was great. We have a 1 year old and it had everything we needed for him! Todd was a great property manager and responded to anything we needed (which honestly was really nothing!) Our family will definitely be back to this house in the future!

Perfect location and space!

We stayed wirh another family- 7 in total and Yacht Rock Ranch was the perfect spot for us! The house is exactly as pictured. The pool was fantastic; it gets shade from about 4pm on this time of year. The beach is as close as the listing states and no long path once you go through the access point. Todd was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have picked a better property for our trip to paradise!

We are hooked!

We had the pleasure of staying at Todd's home for the week of Easter 2023. We were a family of four, with two boys ages, 8 and 6. We needed the extra space because my husband was working for a few days during our stay. The front bedroom with a desk was perfect, and allowed him to be closed off from us when needed. The beach was an easy stroll from the house. The area itself is absolutely stunning. The beaches are clean, the water is clear and aquamarine in color. Many times I thought we were in the Carribean. The house had everything we needed, to include spices, popcorn, tea, and other kitchen cabinet items possibly left by prior guests, which was very helpful. The owner provided top of the line shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and a basket full of everything that you might have forgotten, to include new toothbrushes. Beach towels, chairs, and toys were also provided. Cable, with every channel imaginable was included. We don't have cabel at home, so we were excited to have the opportunity to catch up on some shows. Communication with Todd was easy. He responded immediately to any questions we had. We wanted to return next year during the same week, but unfortunately it was already booked. We will return!!!

Beautiful house by the beach

We were a 3-generation family of 8, including a toddler. The yacht rock ranch was the perfect setting for a family vacation at the beach. The beach is a short walk from the house and is on a quiet stretch of Bradenton Beach. The pool and deck were even better than the pictures with plenty of seating. The house is stocked with everything needed for the beach and the wagon was so helpful. The kitchen was well stocked too, and the house came with almost everything needed for the baby, which was so convenient. The AC worked well for our family. Our one complaint was that the pillows and bedding could use a refresh and the queen bed seemed less comfortable than the rest, but everything was functional. Overall, we loved our time here and would definitely stay here again.

Great house on Anna Maria Island

Everything about the house was excellent. My family enjoyed it being a 5 minute walk to the beach, swimming in the pool, eating outside, comfortable beds and a nicely stocked kitchen.

Rental was perfect for three families plus grandkids.

Todd was a very gracious, helpful host, and quick to respond to all our questions and needs. We had a 7th month old up to a 72 year old and the rental, proximity to the beach were perfect. As was the pool !!

Excellent location 2min walk to the beach fabulous pool area everything you need for a self catering holiday was provided great having off street parking
