Directly on the Gulf in Bradenton Beach — white sand stretches in both directions from the front of the building and chaise lounges are set out at beachside for guests. Beach House Resort #10 is a three-bedroom unit with a private spa, a large open deck overlooking the beach, and a sleeping configuration that handles ten guests across proper beds.

The bunk house is the family differentiator. The third bedroom has two queen beds and two twin beds — four guests in one room, with everyone in a real bed. The master suite has a king bed and a garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. A half bath is available in the living area. Two full bathrooms serve the upstairs bedrooms. An in-unit washer and dryer is included. The kitchen is fully equipped for a group of ten.

The open deck faces the Gulf — the right spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets over the water.

Minimum stay: seven nights during winter months and June/July. Three-night stays are available during slower periods — contact IVP to confirm current availability.

Parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.

Family had a terrific visit. Beach and view couldn’t be beat! We had a few hiccups upon arrival but were able to be resolved quickly by text. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was missing a few items if your someone who prefers to cook but we were able to improvise. Restaurants near by and bridge street was close. Overall, completely enjoyed and would love to come back!

We had a quick three day girls trip and this place had it all! This is the first time on AMI. This place is amazing! Right on the beach. Easily slept the six of us. Good access to restaurants and bars. We will definitely come back!

This unit was great! Perfect location. Great restaurants that were walking distance. The beach was right outside. The views from inside are amazing too. Some of the prettiest sunsets I’ve ever seen! We will definitely rent this again!

The condo was absolutely wonderful. Steps away from the ocean, restaurants, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We just wished it had a pool for late night swimming.

Wonderful unit and location. Beach proximity as well as island location was phenomenal! First trip to AMI did not disappoint and we WILL be back. Loved being there off season. (My brother winters across the street and experiences the crowds of winter )

Beautiful beachfront condo!

What an amazing location. Beautifully renovated property. Fully stocked kitchen. Great bunk beds for all the kids. Plenty of sheets and towels for the beach and for showers. The only thing I could say is that the tub in the master bathroom was not fully clean. Otherwise, the condo was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend.

Amazing views!!

Waking up to the waves crashing, palm trees just outside the sliding glass door, and the ocean RIGHT THERE! The accommodations were modern, clean and cozy with everything you need in the kitchen. I’ve never slept better! My teenage boys loved the place and appreciated the multiple bathrooms. We’d love to come back and stay again soon

Em lugar tiene una ubicacion inmejorable Restaurants cerca y un bar casi al lado Supermercados farmacias y otras tiendas a 5 min en auto La casa es muy linda Tiene juegos de playas Sabanas super suaves Camas con muy buenos colchones Los baños estan muy bien El unico problema que tuvimos fue al ingresar No nos dieron intrucciones y solo ingresamos hmgracias a unos vecinos Luego de mas de 24 hs de viaje y estar afuera con todas las valijas sin que nadie conteste ni teléfono, ni mensajes, ni haya nadie en la administracion fue muy frustrante e incomodo. Luego de superado esto todo fue muy bien Incluso ante el Menor inconveniente (se tapo la cocina) estuvo un tecnico a los 5 minutos y soluciono el problema

Nice Condo on the Beach

Nice condo, perfect location on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets; however, we did encounter a few problems during our stay, starting with our check-in process. Instructions don't include for secondary location to pick up the keys. Management responded quickly. When we called management to advise of another tenant in our parking spot, they advise they would have the car moved. Offered no solution for temporary parking. We later were informed by the tenants in our spot, MGMT advised them to park there since another car was in their spot. MGMT never disclosed this to us. Called again at 9:30 PM, had no choice but to park the car in front of garbage dumpster and risk being towed, since garbage pick-up was next day in the morning. They never called back to advise once issue was resolved, by morning. Sliding door in Master doesn't lock and can be opened from the outside. Noticed several days into our stay and reported to MGMT. Don't know if it was ever fixed. Same issue with the other locks, but Apt had sticks to put on the inside.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved everything about this place. It was perfect for our family and the location was the best. Everything was within walking distance of the condo. The condo was clean and spacious. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels which was much appreciated. Publix is a short drive away so you can get all the necessities (toilet paper/paper towels, laundry detergent, food, etc.) We will stay here again for sure!

We really enjoyed staying at the Beach House resort. The unit was clean and spacious. Construction next door was a little loud and distracting at times but otherwise it was a great place to stay!

Beach trip for a wedding

Overall a gorgeous rental with an amazing location! Loved being right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. The only issue was getting the keys. It seemed that all other units had lock boxes for the keys making it an easy check in and check out process right on the property. This bigger unit did not so we had to pick up and drop off the keys a mile down the road. Other than that we enjoyed our stay :)
