Beautiful location!

Great location and large comfortable space. Perfect for beach, bars and relaxing! Only downside is the pool location (in the garage) - and the heater was not on when we arrived (didn’t know there was one), so it was too cold to swim in.

A wonderful vacation hideaway

My family and I couldn't of been more impressed with our stay. It was super clean and spacious and everything we needed was made available down to the beach towels and chairs! The view was amazing and it was steps away from the powdery white sand and crystal waters. As an added bonus we also faced historic Bridge Street and made our morning and nightly walk to the pier to check out the fishing and spot an array of exotic birds, and dolphin. Can't say enough about this place....it was perfect!

I have stayed on Anna Maria Island for the last 15 years this was my first year at in the Bridge Street area. This condo was perfect. We did not use the pool but we were so close to everything. Steps away from the beach. The condo was nice and the people were friendly. I will stay there again. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. It is clean, well, equipped, and has terrific views. The beds are extremely comfortable which we consider a big plus! The location is perfect for getting out and walking to the shops or restaurants. The elevator is a little temperamental, but that is the only thing that I could think of that could use attention.

We were able to get everything into the condo with one trip no hassle. Once inside it was beautiful! Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen & the view was spectacular!

The floors were not shiny but I don't know where the black things came from ...odd.

The floors turned our feet black and some of it was coming up/missing in places. The showers had mildew and should have been scrubbed better. The patio area was really dirty and needs to be cleaned.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very comfortable and well equipped. However, the location was pretty busy and noisy in the front bedroom. The floors in house and or the patio were not clean. Not sure what was going on but we had to wear shoes always. The babies had black feet. We requested aCleaning which we got in a timely manner but it didn’t help. The staff at the rental office were very responsive which I appreciate. We had a lovely time overall. The home is nice and very spacious and comfortable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at the Sandcastle location numerous times but our first time in Breakers 4. The location is perfect being directly on the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The condo was very nice and worked very well for our family. The only issues we had weee with the cleaning prior to our arrival. There were dishes in the dishwasher, the floor was so dirty our feet were black within minutes of walking barefoot in the condo and you could tell they hadn’t cleaned behind/under furniture. We found numerous little things; a ball, hair ties, etc. we probably wouldn’t have noticed that but we had 3 kids age 1-5 and they find everything. Other than that everything else seemed very clean. We would definitely stay there again for the location, convenience to lots of fun things and a spacious place to stay.
