Bollinger Duplex B: kodikas duplex-asunto lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta

Bollinger Duplex, Side B on maanpinnan tasolla yksi makuuhuone, yksi kylpy duplex-sijainti, joka sijaitsee osoitteessa 6909 Gulf Drive, Holmes Beachin suositulla pohjoisella alueella. Se on vain puolen korttelin päässä kauniilta rannalta, jossa voit kävellä Anna Marian saaren päästä toiseen!

Tämä maanpinnan yksikkö on hiljattain kunnostettu ja sisältää uusia maalia, mattoja ja laitteita. K��ytettävissäsi on autokatos ja jaettu pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Bollinger Duplex -laitteessa on televisio olohuoneessa, jossa on DVD-soitin. Käytössäsi on myös hiiligrilli.

I thought the passcode wasn’t working when we tried to access the unit for the first time, but it was my error. Before discovering the error, I texted the host for assistance and she was at the property within 5 minutes. The property was perfect for our needs, including being pet-friendly.

The duplex is right across the street from the beach and 5-10minutes from various restaurants, shopping etc. Dissatisfied with the A/C. During the day, the air struggled to maintain 80 degrees, but cooled down at night. They sent someone out to look at it and it didn’t improve.

Can't wait to go back!

We typically stay at a timeshare on LBK but this year our week didn't line up with our school break. We couldn't believe what a great find this was. We really only used the unit to sleep and prepare small meals. The unit itself is older but it had new couches which were clean and inviting. The carport made for a nice place to eat outside even when raining. The detached bathroom was a pleasant surprise. We appreciated that there were some beach chairs, toys, and wagon available for us to use. The only thing I would ask that you change is the bedframe in the bedroom is too large for the bed so estimating where the end of it is in the dark is hard. I walked into it a couple times before placing a large bag in the way for the remainder of the stay. We would love to stay again.

Close to beach and trolley stop. The home is in need of a lot TLC both cleaning and maintenance. The inside of cupboards were dirty. Some utensils needed to be washed before use. Chairs on the patio were broken. There were no potholders or kitchen towels. We have vacationed on the island for about 24 years and Overall it was just not what I have come to expect. It was just the two of us so we were ok but will not be returning.

Because of the traffic we do prefer the Bradenton beach are better. The location needs some updating and spring cleaning.
