”The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot.”

”Don't mean to complain, but for a $500 a night room, I expected superior amenities. The room was nice and clean, but the shower water pressure was not very good, and there was no hot water at 5:00 when I checked in, or 8:30 the next morning. Also, it wasn't the designation on Gulf Drive, it was a block behind away from the water.”

”Company owns several properties . Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system
Could never reach anybody all day by calling
Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described .
No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return .
Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer .”

”Great room with a giant TV screen. Great water pressure in the shower. Bed was pretty comfortable. Biggest drawback for this particular room is that the lights outside the room keep the room lit up like daytime even in the dead of night. There are no blockout shades. That would be a solid addition for this room. I love the pool facilities but this property desperately needs a dedicated ice machine. Having to drive for ice every other day is a bummer when you want it now. Cleaning...
