    Tärkeää ennen varausta: Sunset Terrace -huoneistossa ei ole hissiä. Tämä on yläkerran huoneisto — huoneistoon pääsee vain portaita pitkin. Liikuntarajoitteisten vieraiden tulee ottaa tämä huomioon ennen varausta.

    Meksikonlahden rannalla sijaitseva päätyhuoneisto Bradenton Beachillä, jossa on suojattu kuisti, josta on suora näkymä rannalle. Aamukahvi täällä Meksikonlahden äärellä on tämän asunnon kohokohta – ja koska kyseessä on ylimmän kerroksen päätyhuoneisto, näkymät ulottuvat pidemmälle kuin alemmissa kerroksissa sijaitsevista sisähuoneistoista.

    Asunnossa on vuodepaikat kuudelle kolmessa makuutilassa. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Oleskelutilassa on kerrossängyt – käytännöllinen ratkaisu lapsiperheille, jotka haluavat omat tilansa. Olohuoneen vuodesohva tarjoaa yöpymispaikan lopuille vieraille.

    Yksi ja puoli kylpyhuonetta. Huoneistossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kotiruokailua varten. Olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa on älytelevisiot. Nopea WiFi sisältyy hintaan.

    Lämmitetty yhteisöuima-allas sijaitsee paikan päällä. Katettu pysäköintipaikka yhdelle ajoneuvolle sisältyy hintaan.
    Sunset Terrace 201:ssä vaaditaan vähintään viikon oleskelu. Lemmikkieläimet eivät ole sallittuja. Tupakointi kielletty.

Right on the beach. Great view and nice pool. Room was clean and well kept. The only real drawback for us was the bed was too firm for our liking.

As a party of two, this clean, oceanfront unit had everything we needed, including the best view on the island for sunsets. After the first night experiencing that from the balcony, we made sure we were home every night to enjoy it again and again!

Relaxing Getaway

Very nice well kept condo. Only 1 and a half baths and second bedroom is very small but we didn’t spend much time inside anyway. Ocean view is wonderful

Cute spot right on the beach

We've been coming to sunset terrace for a few years now and this was our first time staying in this unit. Being a one bedroom with den it is a little smaller than the other 2 bedrooms on property. Management company was great and communication was great. Upon arrival the floors felt a little gritty (but soon forgotten as it is a beach front unit). We had a great stay here.

Excellent Vacation

Unit was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the screen porch and great views. Only half of the sliding glass doors opened which was a bit of a bummer, but still got a nice breeze. The pool was clean and warm, and the complex was well-maintained and inviting. Overall a great place to stay!

GREAT!

Came to visit family, the condo was lovely & had everything we needed. Screen doors off master need attention but we didn’t use that little balcony. Location on the beach was beautiful but the road noise was really loud by the pool & can be heard in the bedroom. Our favorite place was the gulf front balcony- beautiful views. Overall a really great place to stay!

The property is well kept and was very nice when we arrived. Kitchen was well maintained and stocked with cooking needs and the occasional blended cocktail. Will return in the future.

Had enough towels and they were ok. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Would I rent again?? Yes, but I would bring a blow up mattress. Definitely 4 people max. Had no contact with the management company.

Three Weeks of Happy

I grew up on the islands, and we visit when we can from living overseas and had a fun time at Sunset Terrace 201. Check in was easy, the place was spotlessly clean, and the view was lovely. The unit had everything one could need to cook or to spend time on beach with chairs and things in shed. If I had one complaint, it would be that there was no proper floor vacuum. Being there three weeks, I wanted to keep the place tidy, and broom sweeping the whole flat regularly was a bit of a pain. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would return for sure!

Balcony doors still haven’t been fixed to balcony. Towels and bed linens are terrible. They are tough and scratchy. Traffic noise is definitely an issue as others have reviewed. I used a sound machine and could still hear the road noise. The view from the balcony is limited to what’s in front of you but I believe they account for that on the price.

We greatly enjoyed the lanai overlooking the beach and had many happy hours there. The privacy of this unit is also very appealing, being on the corner and away from most of the others. Island Vacation Properties is always pleasant to work with as well. We had a really great time trying to soak up some the last of Anna Maria's Old Florida atmosphere before it is destroyed by the politicians, developers, and of course the franchises which will follow. The changes are already underway and it is a bittersweet time to visit, but this little island is still lovely in its beauty and peacefulness. We have many sweet memories from many years right here on Anna Maria. We hope to make more.

Amazing relaxing vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So beautiful. The island is the best kept secret. We have been coming to this island for the last 15 years. Only time we missed was because of covid restrictions! The condo was very comfortable and the best part was the view from the balcony. We would walk early every morning up the beach. We saw baby turtles hatching and making their way to the ocean. Dolphins swimming in the ocean. Manatees just cruising past. Doesn’t get much better than that. The condo has everything you need. Great location parking and just close to the trolley bus to get around the island. Can’t wait to come back.
