- Not allowed on indoor furniture, bedding, or in the pool or spa.


Kindly Note!

- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (by the front door, overlooking the driveway, and overlooking the pool equipment - none near the pool though). No inside cameras.

- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.

- We provide free parking on the premises (our driveway fits up to 3 cars, and if needed, only 1 car can be parked on the curbside).

- Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ grill’s propane tank.

- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and the pool heater may take up to 48 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know a week before you check-in.

- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees during the cool season, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

- Liability/Risk: The hosts/co-hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while ON or OFF premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, including but not limited to pool, spas, stairs or playsets. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment taken off the premises. This also applies to others whom the guest invites to use the premises or equipment.
