- Master Bedroom: This spacious retreat features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom, for ultimate privacy and comfort.

- Bedroom 2: Another inviting relaxing space with a king-sized bed and a spacious closet.

- Bedroom 3: This bedroom includes two double beds, providing ample sleeping space.

- Bedroom 4: This cozy room is equipped with a set of bunk beds (twin over full) and is conveniently located adjacent to the game room and kitchen. You would pass through the game room to access this bedroom.

Additionally, the second bathroom is located in the hallway, next to the second and third bedrooms, and the third bathroom is located right after the laundry room.

⭐ Pet Friendly!

- Prior approval is kindly required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $150/pet/stay.
- Must be fully house-trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on indoor furniture, bedding, or in the pool/hot tub.

Kindly Note!

- For your peace of mind, we have placed surveillance cameras around the exterior of the house (by the front door and overlooking the driveway). Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the home, allowing you to enjoy your stay with complete privacy. Your comfort and security are our top priorities!

- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation; they only monitor decibels.

- We provide free parking on the premises (our driveway can fit up to 4 cars).

- Guests are responsible for filling the BBQ grill’s propane tank to use.

- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and the pool heater may take up to 48 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know a week before you check-in.

- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

- Liability/Risk: The hosts/co-hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while ON or OFF premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, including but not limited to pool, spas, stairs or playsets. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment taken off the premises. This also applies to others whom the guest invites to use the premises or equipment.
