Welcome to The Bungalow! This luxurious new 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an amazing vacation! The condo overlooks the magnificent resort-like amenities which include a heated pool, splash pad, gas BBQ grills and playground. It is equipped with everything you could need including a fully equipped modern kitchen, washer/dryer, King size bed in master suite, 2 double beds in guest bedroom, Smart TVs, Sonos, high speed WiFi, A/C and screened in lanai.

Awesome stay!

This place was wonderful, and exceed our expectations. Nice pool, playground, splashpad a very easy walk away. Only downside is traffic can get bad around the entrance, depending on time of day. But overall fantastic.

We loved this VRBO we stayed at. The place is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. There is everything that you could possibly need for a mini-vacation. the place is very close to Anna Maria island if you enjoy the beach and also close to Sarasota which offers culture along with greaet restaurants. I woild highly recommend this lovely condo.

Tolle Wohnung

Schreibe eigentich keine Bewertungen, aber für diese Wohnung muss ich eine Abgeben. Tolle Wohnung, sehr groß mit viel Platz, sehr sauber, tolle Einrichtung. Kann nur jedem empfehlen, hier zu übernachten. Einzige Anmerkung, dieses hat aber nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun ist, dass auf Anna Maria wenn Wochenede oder Feiertag ist kaum ein PArkplatz gibt. Hier vielleicht noch eine Infos für Fahrradverleih um auf die Insel zu kommen. Aber sonst ein Traum

It’s five o’clock somewhere!

Very nice amenities and perfect location. Can’t go wrong with One Particular Harbor. Unfortunately, red tide was prevalent our entire stay, so we were thankful for the beautiful pool! Appreciated your hospitality! Cheers!

Great stay in Bradenton Beach!

This property is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The condo looks just like the pictures on VRBO. The location is perfect for quick access to beaches and restaurants. The owners were great with giving instructions on how to navigate the condo and gated community. We would definitely stay here again if we visited the Bradenton Beach area!

What a FANTASTIC Retreat!

We can't thank our gracious hosts of Adam and Chris for a fantastic retreat. While our house was being repaired, by our builder, we needed to be away for a couple of weeks. We found this beauty on VRBO and Chris and Adam quickly answered any questions that we had. They sent us a lovely and informative booklet, prior to checking in, that explained everything that we needed to know. The condo is even more beautiful than the photos show- it is so well decorated in an island theme, with a well stocked kitchen, with a wonderful french door fridge/freezer, electric stove top/oven dishwasher and lots of silverware, dishes, pots and pans.etc. Big stackable washer/dryer. Beautiful lanai that overlooks the spash area and a peak at the pool. The pool is very nice and right outside of the condo. The beds are so comfy with a master walk-in shower. The second bedroom, has 2 queen beds and a big hall bathroom/tub right near the guest room. We found the condo very quiet and so comfortable. Chris and Adam were so quick to respond to our call, when we had a few questions, when we were there. The location is fantastic- just at the foot of the Anna Maria Island Bridge- lots of great restaurants on the island and some great casual places, just a few miles east of the condo- The Compass hotel (front of the parking lot) also has a lunch/dinner casual menu, that is a quick walk from the condo, with breathtaking views of the marina. Upon entry- Be sure to follow the host directions to go left and right in front of the main gates and go thru the hotel side parking lot to the "One Particular Harbor " gates. Thank you so much Chris and Adam!

BEST PLACE EVER!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! EVERYTHING was PERFECT! It was spotless. Decor was amazing! Towels, sheets, pillows, blankets were fluffy and cozy. The plates, dishes, silverware etc all matched were like brand new. There are two restaurants on site to walk up to, Anna Maria and the beautiful beaches are only a mile or so away and were very easy to get to. My family and I considered just getting our stuff and moving in to stay! haha We had a question for the owner once we arrived and he answered his phone and waked us through what we needed. So if you are considering this location, I would highly recommend it!

Anna Maria Island Perfection

We have stayed in many properties throughout the country. I usually make a mental list of things I would have done differently, but not here! Everything was absolutely perfect. When we first walked in, we all agreed the pictures did not do this place justice. It is bright and spacious and beautiful!! There is tons of space to put your things so you feel right at home and lots of kitchen equipment to use for making your own meals if desired. It was truly the perfect vacation spot and was within easy walking distance to the marina and two nature preserves as well as restuarants and shops. If we could give extra stars, we would!

Amazing All The Way Around

We had a great time at The Bungalow! It was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed! The location is very secure and quiet. We had a great time exploring the island, but also hanging out at the pool every afternoon! The host left detailed directions to everything we needed to know. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful condo

Place was gorgeous and well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The blinds are controlled by remote which was nice to use during the morning sunshine. The master shower was large and water pressure was great. The freezer had a few ice tray molds, both square and large spheres which was great for drinks and for cooler to the beach since they are slower melting than traditional ice cubes.

Perfect Location

Our family was in town for a football camp at IMG and the location and condo were perfect for our family. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive to our questions and even checked on us after a bad round of storms. We will definitely say here next time.

Phenomenal place

The pictures don't do this place justice. It was a better then expected. Clean, spacious and the decor was on point. Chris was easy to deal with and I would definitely recommend and book with him again.
