• 1 Full-over-Full bunk bed and 1 Twin-over-Twin bunk bed in a first-floor bunk room with ensuite bathroom and balcony
• 2 Queen beds in the primary suite with ensuite bathroom and private balcony
• 2 Twin beds over 2 Full beds (in bunk bed style) in the garage game room/flex space

– Fresh towels, linens, and essentials provided

• $150 per stay for 1 pet
• $50 per each additional pet
• Maximum of 2 pets total

House Rules
Respecting the space ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay. Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund:

• Maximum occupancy: 16 guests indoors
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (includes outdoor amenities)
• No smoking or vaping
• No open flames, candles, or matches
• Thermostat must remain between 69°F and 78°F
• No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains
• Use of pool, batting cage, pickleball court, basketball hoop, and play equipment is at guest’s own risk
• Keep doors and windows closed to prevent pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate)
• Any damage must be reported promptly
• Respect neighbors and property at all times

This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras and noise-detection hardware (does not record audio) to monitor excessive noise levels.

Breaking any house rules—including unregistered guests or pets, parties, illegal activity, smoking indoors, or quiet-hour violations—will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Neighbors are diligent in reporting violations, so please be respectful of the property, furnishings, and community to ensure a positive stay for everyone

Guest access
The check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival, so you'll have a clear guide to help with your check-in process. Similarly, the check-out instructions will be sent a day before your departure to ensure a smooth check-out.

If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us ahead of time so we can check availability. Please note, this request is subject to availability and we do charge an additional fee.
